The Medicine Wheel is representative of First Nations Spirituality. The Medicine Wheel symbolizes the individual journey we each must take to find our own path. Within the Medicine Wheel are The Four Sacred Directions and the Four Sacred Colors and other lessons for healthy living.

How?
The participants will be guided through the various paths of the Wheel to look at their own life in a wholistic lens.
