Welcome to Louise Crane Consulting Minimize

We are freelance facilitators who will work with your organization or individuals to build healthier communities.

We facilitate the building of bridges in order to have a healthy community, workplace and home. Our skill as knowledge brokers have linked decision makers and cultural and health specialists to agencies and individuals. We can bring together people and help them move forward through collaborative and engaging projects.

Our vision is a world of healthy communities where people work and live in a spirit of connection and co-operation.

Our mission is to build strong lasting bridges of understanding and co-operation so people can enjoy a healthy community, healthy work environment and be healthy individuals.

We believe in holistic participatory development that will incorporate:

  1. courage to try new ideas and paths
  2. respect for each other
  3. with open and honest discussion in a safe atmosphere of trust, goodwill and co-operation.

Louise Crane has over 30 years of working with non profits and corporations building the bridges she needed to live in a healthy community. As a consultant she offers a variety of exciting ways to facilitate the bridge building process. They can range from team building, cross cultural training, drum making to storytelling. These processes can be used in feasibility studies, strategic planning, educational and interactive workshops, focus groups and program evaluations.
